AG Jeff Sessions Wants Everyone to Move to New Mexico?

Image of cash, home, and car found guilty and shadow of person innocent. Caption reads, Property has no rights, so when seized, it is automatically guilty and must be taken from the owner. Under U.S. Search and Seizure laws in most states, all law enforcement needs to take property is suspicion. No charges are needed, no case to even be dismissed. Clearly, this provides monetary incentives which can be easily abused. AG Jeff Sessions knows this and is calling for law enforcement to expand abuse of Americans. Time to move to Mexico...New Mexico that is. Just hope that the aliens are not waiting to take us away.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions must want everyone in America except criminals to move to New Mexico. This is the most logical conclusion that can be drawn from his comments made on Monday, July 17, 2017. The big question is Why? Why, Mr. Sessions, do you want everyone to cram into the barren state of New Mexico? What do you have against the other states such as Alabama, your home? What insidious plot do you have for America? Are there aliens waiting in New Mexico so that once the exodus begins, Americans will rapidly populate a new planet, much like the English did this continent? Is THAT what the wall is for? To keep people from fleeing to Mexico once they realize that the aliens are really going to beam them up to Beta Centauri?

Opinion by C J Oakes

Ok, so I know you think this scenario is far-fetched. You likely do not think that AG Sessions does not have a plan to get people to New Mexico so that aliens can abduct them. But that is the only thing that makes sense. His latest move is a bold one, one which, according to famed political pundit Niccolo Machiavelli is certain to bring ruin to a ruler. He said,

“Above all things he must keep his hands off the property of others, because men more quickly forget the death of their father than the loss of their patrimony. Besides, pretexts for taking away the property are never wanting; for he who has once begun to live by robbery will always find pretexts for seizing what belongs to others.” – Chapter 17, The Prince

Bear in mind that the entire point of Machiavelli’s book was to inform rulers how best to gain and retain power. His words to leave the property of subjects be are a stark warning that a government can take power, lives, and control every move of a man but when it takes property, that government endangers itself.

With that in mind, the only conclusion one can draw about AG Sessions is that he wants to bring the demise of the United States. What is he doing?

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that he wants the Justice Department to join with local and state law enforcement to expand search and seizure powers – He wants to take the property and money of more American’s.

Now, before you say that is fine, it only affects criminals, do not forget Machiavelli’s words cited above. Bear in mind to that part of the reason there was already a major backlash against these laws in America was because of abuse. Under these laws, police do not need to charge anyone with a crime to take their property. There are hundreds of examples where people were picked up on “suspicion” of something, their property seized, and they were released, never charged, but also never getting their property back. Why?

Because property (including cash) does not have rights. Cash cannot take the police to court, cannot bond out. Cash, regardless of guilt or charges, becomes the property of the organization taking it. It is pseudo-legalized robbery. Simple as that.

So, what is the New Mexico Connection?

New Mexico is the only state that absolutely rejects search and seizure. The only condition under which property may be seized in New Mexico is with a conviction and the person convicted must be the owner. None of the kind of stuff joked about in an episode of Drew Carey where he had a roommate who was dealing drugs (which he did not know) and because the roommate paid his rent to Carey using drug money, the house was seized. These things really happen.

This is why criminals will be able to remain in the other 49 states — they can just rent everything and because it was paid for using criminal money, the true owner will have no right to it. Say goodbye to your rental if your tenant does something illegal. Kiss that rental car goodbye if they happen to fail to signal. And never, Never, NEVER carry cash…

…Unless, you live in New Mexico.

Viva la America! AG Jeff Sessions is helping make America Great Again — by getting rid of everyone. Head for the Hills (of New Mexico). But remember, the aliens are waiting.
